Products & Disclaimers

Fragscentric sells decanted fragrances — perfume samples transferred from genuine, full-size bottles from our personal collection into sterile atomizers. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or connected to any fragrance house or brand. All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the products we offer.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every decant is sourced from our personal collection of genuine, authentic bottles. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. Our reputation is built on trust and transparency within the fragrance community. If you have concerns about a product's authenticity, contact us immediately.

Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
  • Duplicate orders: If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us immediately so we can cancel the duplicate before it is processed.
  • Payment must be completed via our accepted methods before your order is prepared.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

No Sampling Policy

Because our products are hand-decanted perfumes, there is no pre-purchase sampling or testing. You must receive the decant before evaluating the fragrance. This is standard practice for decanted perfumes and ensures product integrity and hygiene for all customers.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Bangladesh.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier (typically 2–5 business days within Dhaka, 3–7 outside Dhaka).
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Fragscentric. Fragrance brand names and logos are used solely for descriptive identification. No endorsement by or affiliation with any brand is implied.

Limitation of Liability

Fragscentric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
